The invention behind the Steel and Stealth mono headsets, was that I was finally able to flip the stack – meaning the electronics package inside rests with the slim thin side outwards from your cheek, so that the headset is able to become slim, and along with this I managed to pack the battery inside of the ear tower. This requires a lot of balancing and design push, since it may at any time risk becoming too large or too tall. But this one really succeeded. Jabra got their slim headset at no extra fee you could say, all components are quite traditional, it’s just the setup that is different, and that’s where I think see my strengths in developing new designs – looking at things from every perspective, not just taking what was given.
